Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy Overview

At Deeprastore, every garment is handcrafted, inspected, and packaged with the utmost care. Because of the exclusive nature of our boutique collections and custom tailoring, we maintain a strict No-Return and No-Exchange policy on delivered products.

Custom-made Half Sarees, bespoke bridal outfits, and customized garments cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production/stitching has begun.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Exception

We will gladly provide a replacement or approved refund only in the rare event that:

  • The product received is physically damaged or defective upon arrival, or
  • An incorrect product was delivered by mistake.
Mandatory Claim Requirements:
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from package opening is mandatory as proof.
  • The product must remain unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact and in its original packaging.

3. Boutique Fitting & Alteration Support

We understand the importance of a perfect fit. For minor fitting adjustments on custom orders, our master tailors provide alteration support. Please contact our support team at +91 70139 33423 to coordinate fitting adjustments.

4. Color & Handwork Disclaimer

Please note that slight variations in color tone, zari sheen, and handcrafted embroidery may occur due to photography lighting, monitor displays, and traditional handwork techniques. These natural variations reflect artisanal authenticity and are not deemed defects.

5. Refund Processing

When a return claim is verified and approved after physical inspection at our studio, refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
